SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  745 PM CDT (645 PM MDT)
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL NEBRASKA

AT 707 PM CDT (607 PM MDT) DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
LOCATED 10 MILES NORTH OF THE CITY OF ARTHUR OR 32 MILES NORTH OF
OGALLALA. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING
WINDS. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST-NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
