IN NORTHEAST WISCONSIN

   ...SOUTHERN WAUPACA COUNTY
 
AT 544 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO JUST NORTH OF
THE CITY OF WAUPACA.  THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH TOWARD
ROYALTON...WEYAUWEGA AND NORTHPORT.

SPOTTERS REPORT A DEVELOPING FUNNEL CLOUD JUST NORTH OF THE CITY OF
WAUPACA.
