AT 730 PM MDT ( 830 PM CDT) RADAR SHOWED STORMS WITH TORRENTIAL
RAINS MOVING ACROSS DECATUR COUNTY. THESE STORMS SHOULD MOVE INTO
NORTON COUNTY BY 930 PM CDT. THE STORMS WERE SLOW MOVING AND COULD
PRODUCE UP TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR. RAPID FLOODING OF LOW
LYING AREAS WILL OCCUR IF THIS HAPPENS.
