IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ...NORTHWESTERN RAMSEY COUNTY AT 530 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO LOCATED 5 MILES EAST OF LEEDS...OR 35 MILES NORTHWEST OF DEVILS LAKE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH. THE CITY OF CHURCHS FERRY IS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM. A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED AT 528 PM CDT BY LAW ENFORCEMENT. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BAS@EMENT.
