IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...LAVACA COUNTY LAVACA COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT RECEIVED A REPORT OF A TORNADO NEAR VIENNA. THIS STORM IS MOVING SOUTHnEAST AT 20 MPH.
