JACOBY CREEK IN THE VICINITY OF BAYSIDE AND SUNNY BRAE REMAINS OUT OF
ITS BANKS THIS MORNING. OLD ARCATA ROAD AND BAYSIDE CUTOFF ARE
CURRENTLY UNDER WATER IN THE VICINITY OF JOCOBY CREEK. WATER LEVELS
WILL RECEDE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS AS THE RAINFALL DECREASES
ACROSS THE AREA.
