HEAVY RAINS OFF AND ON THROUGHOUT THE DAY ARE CONTINUING THIS
EVENING. JACOBY CREEK IS FLOODING PARTS OF OLD ARCATA ROAD NEAR
BAYSIDE AND SUNNY BRAE IN THE SOUTH PART OF ARCATA. SALMON CREEK NEAR
LOLETA IS FLOODING PARTS OF THE 101 OFFRAMP THERE. STORM DRAINS MAY
