FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 328 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 13 MILES WEST OF
LIBERAL MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR US 160 IN
WESTERN SEWARD COUNTY BY 350 PM.
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH
OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.  OTHERWI
