IN PENNSYLVANIA ...NORTHERN BLAIR COUNTY...NORTHERN CAMBRIA COUNTY AT 1120 AM EDT STATE COLLEGE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONGLY ROTATING THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTHWEST CLEARFIELD COUNTY NEAR NORTHWEST OF COALPORT.
