FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  645 PM EDT

FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN  OHIO

   ...SENECA COUNTY

AT 435 PM EDT CLEVELAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH
HEAVY RAIN DEVELOPING ACROSS SENECA COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATED THESE
STORMS HAD ALREADY DUMPED OVER AN INCH OF RAIN IN THE TIFFIN AREA.
MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED AS THE STORMS REDEVLOPED OVER THE WESTERN PORTION
OF THE COUNTY AND WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
