FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM

FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 528 AM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN CLEVELAND SHOWED A STRONG
THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING THROUGH CENTRAL MEDINA
COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATED FROM THREE QUARTERS (3/4) TO ONE AND A
QUARTER (11/4) INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN WITH THE STORM SINCE 5 AM.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS COULD REACH TWO INCHES AS IT MOVES EAST AT 15 MPH
THROUGH THE COUNTY.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
