FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHERN NEW YORK

   ...LEWIS COUNTY
 
AT 415 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 7 MILES WEST OF
LOWVILLE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR AND
WILL MOVE NEAR HARRIBURG AND BEAVER FALLS BETWEEN 430 AND 445 PM.
