AT 400 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER THE
WESTERN PART OF THE TUG HILL PLATEAU OVER NORTHEAST OSWEGO COUNTY.
THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF WIND DAMAGE. IT WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT
40 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE INTO NORTH CENTRAL LEWIS
COUNTY...REACHING LOWVILLE AROUND 430 PM AND CROGHAN BY 445 PM.
