AT 310PM DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ABOUT
5 MILES WIDE THAT EXTENDED FROM JUST EAST OF TORONTO ONTARIO SOUTH
ACROSS LAKE ONTARIO THROUGH THE EASTERN END OF NIAGARA COUNTY TO
JAMESTOWN.  

THE ACTIVITY WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH AND COULD PRODUCE WINDS IN
EXCESS OF 55 MPH FOR A VERY BREIF PERIOD OF TIME AS IT CROSSES YOUR
AREA.
