AT 958 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
POSSIBLE TORNADO 28 MILES WEST OF DALHART MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
THIS TORNADO WILL MOVE INTO NORTHWEST HARTLEY COUNTY BY 1010 PM.
RESIDENTS IN THE COMMUNITIES OF MIDDLE WATER AND ROMERO SHOULD SEEK
SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
 
ABANDON VEHICLES AND MOBILE HOMES...SEEK SHELTER IN A REINFORCED
BUILDING.  AS A LAST RESORT...A DITCH OR LOW SPOT OFFERS BETTER
