TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  200 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
 
   ...NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTY
 
AT 119 PM WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A POSSIBLE TORNADO
CROSSING THE OSAGE WASHINGTON COUNTY BORDER 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
COPAN. MOVEMENT IS EAST AT 15 MPH WHICH WILL TAKE IT NEAR OR
JUST SOUTH OF COPAN.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
OTHERWISE...GO 2TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE.
STAY AWAY FROM OUTSIDE WALLS AND AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND
MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET IN A GROUND DEPRESSION.
