IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA ...NOWATA COUNTY...OSAGE COUNTY...WASHINGTON COUNTY RADAR ESTIMATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES HAVE FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF OSAGE... WASHINGTON AND NOWATA COUNTIES. AT 248 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SPREADING INTO THESE COUNTIES. HEAVY RAINS FROM THESE STORMS COULD PRODUCE AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES IN THE WARNED AREA. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS LIKELY OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
