FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
 
   ...CENTRAL AND NORTHERN MUSKOGEE COUNTY
 
AT 608 AM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...AT RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR...OVER NORTHERN
MUSKOGEE COUNTY.  MORE HEAVY RAIN WAS LOCATED OVER OKMULGEE COUNTY
WHICH WILL MOVE ACROSS MUSKOGEE COUNTY DURING THE NEXT 1 TO 2 HOURS.
 
THE HEAVY RAINFALL WILL PRODUCE WIDESPREAD STREET FLOODING...AND WILL
CAUSE CREEKS AND STREAMS TO OVERFLOW.  IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO DRIVE
ACROSS THE WARNING AREA...USE EXTREME CAUTION.  AVOID DRIVING ACROSS
FLOODED ROADWAYS.
