IN SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS ...NORTHWESTERN NEVADA COUNTY ARKANSAS STATE POLICE REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE GROUND IN EASTERN HEMPSTEAD COUNTY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. THIS TORNADO WILL MOVE NEAR THE TOWN OF PRESCOTT. PERSONS IN PRESCOTT SHOULD SEEK SHELTER NOW! THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY.
