A SKYWARN SPOTTER REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE GROUND IN THE MOORESTOWN/
MOUNT LAUREL AREA.  MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR AND
WILL PASS THROUGH MEDFORD...SOUTHAMPTON AND UPTON.
 
DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO TRY TO OUTRUN THIS TORNADO.  CARS ARE
EASILY TOSSED ABOUT BY TORNADO WINDS.  LEAVE THE CAR AND GO TO A
STRONG BUILDING.  IF NO STRUCTURE IS NEARBY...SEEK SHELTER IN A
DITCH OR LOW SPOT...BUT BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE FLOOD WATERS FROM
