AT 946PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 16 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
MANKATO NEAR PEMERTON.  THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTH AT 40 MPH.  BY 10PM
THE STORM WILL BE NEAR MANKATO AND BY 1015 NEAR ST. PETER AND LE CENTER.
EXPECT HAIL UP TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER.
