AT 855PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUDERSTORM ALONG THE MINNESOTA/IOWA
BORDER 25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ALBERT LEA NEAR BRICELYN. THIS STORM WAS
MOVING NORTH AT 40 MPH. BY 910PM THE STORM WILL BE NEAR BRUSH CREEK AND
NEAR EASTON AND WELLS BY 920PM. EXPECT HAIL UP TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER
FROM THIS STORM.
