SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  515 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA
 
   ...EASTERN DODGE COUNTY...WESTERN OLMSTED COUNTY
 
RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR ROCK DELL OR 12 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF ROCHESTER MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH. SOME TOWNS IN THE
PATH OF THE STORM ARE ROCHESTER...SALEM CORNERS AND BYRON. THE STORM
SHOULD BE NEAR SALEM CORNERS BY 450 PM AND ROCHESTER AND BYRON BY 500
PM. UNOFFICIAL WIND GUSTS OF 50 TO 60 MPH WERE REPORTED NEAR ROCK DELL.
