TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 PM CDT
FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST ARKANSAS
 
   ...CROSS COUNTY
 
AT 855 PM A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND ABOUT 5 MILES EAST OF
WYNNE. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL PASS
NEAR PARKIN AND EARLE AND THEN INTO CRITTENDEN COUNTY BY 930 PM.
 
 
 
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INThERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
