AT 1127 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 12 MILES SOUTHEAST
OF BIG SPRING. MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. PERSONS IN
THESE AREAS SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.
