FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 AM CDT AND A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  115 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST TEXAS
 
   ...HOWARD COUNTY
 
AT 1215 AM CDT...A SKYWARN SPOTTER REPORTED UP TO QUARTER SIZE HAIL 13
MILES EAST OF BIG SPRING. EXTENSIVE FLOODING IN AND AROUND THE CITY OF
BIG SPRING WAS STILL CONTINUING. THEREFORE THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
HOWARD COUNTY IS EXTENDED UNTIL 4 AM CDT.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURvRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
