ANOTHER STRONG STORM WAS LOCATED 15 MILES EAST OF ALPINE. MOVEMENT WAS EAST-NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. THESE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO REACH THE VICINITY OF MONAHANS BY 530 PM CDT.
