STRONG GUSTY WINDS WERE LOCATED 15 MILES WEST OF JAL IN SOUTHERN LEA
COUNTY...NEAR LOVINGTON AND NORTH OF TATUM NEW MEXICO AND PLAINS
TEXAS ON THE TEXAS/NEW MEXICO BORDER.

MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

THUNDERSTORMS AND RAINSHOWERS WERE SCATTERED FROM CULBERSON COUNTY
TEXAS TO EDDY AND LEA COUNTIES OF NEW MEXICO AND INTO THE TEXAS
