IN SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS ...RANDOLPH COUNTY AT 116 PM...RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO NEAR EVANSVILLE ILLINOIS. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THE TO\WNS OF SPARTA AND HOUSTON ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM. THIS WARNING IS AN UPGRADE OF THE PREVIOUS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.
