IN SOUTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS ...CLINTON COUNTY AT 112 PM...RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO JUST NORTH OF GERMANTOWN. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THE TOWNBS OF ST. ROSE...
