IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS ...NEWTON COUNTY AT 750 AM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF NEWTON MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL EXIT NEWTON COUNTY BY 830 AM.
