COUNTY ROADS NORTH OF I-72 WERE UNDER WATER. ALSO PORTIONS OF HWY 51
COULD BE CLOSED AS RISING WATER AND MORE RAIN CONTINUES.
 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY. FLOODING IS IMMINENT. DO NOT
