FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 8:10 PM CDT...STATE POLICE REPORTED FLOODING ON RT 125...2 MILES
NORTHWEST OF VIRGINIA. THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH THE AREA
WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS MORE DIFFICULT TO
RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODS. DO NOT DRIVE OR WALK ACROSS
