AT 735 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO JUST NORTHWEST
OF RUSSELL.
 
THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR. PEOPLE IN THE
COMMUNITIES OF RUSSELL...BUNKER HILL AND DORANCE SHOULD SEEK YOUR
TORNADO SHELTER NOW...THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.
