IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

AT 405 AM...RADAR INDICATED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM 6 MILES SOUTH
SOUTHWEST OF HEMPSTEAD. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THIS STORM
WILL THREATEN HEMPSTEAD AND WALLER BY 425 AM.
