FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA
 
   ...NORTHEASTERN KOOCHICHING COUNTY
 
AT 827 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 10
MILES NORTH OF INTERNATIONAL FALLS. MOVEMENT OF THIS STORM WAS SOUTHEAST
AT 35 MPH. AREAS TO BE AFFECTED BY THIS STORM INCLUDE HIGHWAY 11 EAST OF
RANIER...RAINY LAKE...AND ALL OF VOYAGEURS NATIONAL PARK.
 
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
