IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA ...EASTERN CARROLL COUNTY AT 451 PM EDT DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER CARROLTON MOVING EAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.
