AT 1022 PM...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND 10 MILES WEST OF
PECULIAR NEAR 199TH AND 69 HWY. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
 
PERSONS IN PECULIAR ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO.
