FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  130 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 1130 AM DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED AN AREA OF SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS
NORTH OF MANSFIELD IN RICHLAND COUNTY AND ANOTHER AREA FROM NORTHEAST
MORROW COUNTY THROUGH SOUTHERN RICHLAND COUNTY INTO SOUTHERN ASHLAND
COUNTY INTO HOLMES COUNTY WEST OF MILLERSBURG. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES WERE AROUND AN INCH
AND A HALF BETWEEN 1030 AM AND 1130 AM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
