FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 830 AM EDT DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS IN
ERIE COUNTY. SOME OF THE HEAVIEST RAIN WAS BETWEEN CASTALIA AND HURON.
RADAR ESTIMATES THAT ALMOST 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN BETWEEN 730 AM
AND 830 AM IN THAT AREA. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE SLOWLY.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
