FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  115 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...MARION COUNTY...MORROW COUNTY
 
AT 1005 AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND ESTIMATED
THAT ALMOST 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR MT. GILEAD AND AROUND AN
INCH AND A QUARTER OF RAIN SOUTH OF MARION. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN MAY
FALL BETWEEN 1010 AM AND NOON.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
