THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  845 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...ERIE COUNTY
 
AT 650 PM DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM IN THE
SANDUSKY AREA. TORRENTIAL RAIN HAS BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS STORM. OVER 2
INCHES OF RAIN /2.1/ WAS REPORTED WITH THIS STORM BETWEEN 550 PM AND 650
PM IN THE CITY OF SANDUSKY.
 
THE HEAVY RAIN WILL PERSIST THROUGH 8 PM EDT AND CAUSE MORE FLOODING OF
ROADS AND BASEMENT.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
