DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED UP TO 3 INCHES HAD FALLEN JUST EAST OF NEW LYME
IN SOUTH CENTRAL ASHTABULA COUNTY. THIS IS LIKELY TO CAUSE FLASH
FLOODING. HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 515 PM.
