FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  630 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...CRAWFORD COUNTY...ERIE COUNTY
 
AT 425 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING
OVER NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA. THESE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE VERY
HEAVY RAIN. BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE WHICH WILL LIKELY
CAUSE FLOODING OF STREETS AND LOW LYING AREAS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
