THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE COASTAL COUNTIES FROM CHARLESTON
SOUTHWARD HAS EXPIRED.  HOWEVER ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED
ON THE SOUTH COAST OF SOUTH CAROLINA TODAY...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE
IMMEDIATE COAST AND BEACH AREAS.

HIGH TIDE OCCURS 8 TO 9AM ON THE COAST...AND AGAIN TONIGHT AT 830 TO
930 PM.  WHEN PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL OCCUR AT THESE TIMES...ROAD
DRAINAGE WILL BE ESPECIALLY POOR AND SOME STREET FLOODING WILL RESULT.
MOTORISTS SHOULD ALLOW FOR THIS AND AVOID POORLY DRAINED AREAS IF AT
ALL POSSIBLE.
