FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 447 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTH OF TALLASSEE. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THAT THIS STORM IS LIKELY PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE STORM WAS MOVING
NORTHWEST AT 45 MPH AND MOVE OVER THE WETUMPKA BY 455 PM.
 
DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO TRY TO OUTRUN A TORNADO.  CARS ARE EASILY
TOSSED AROUND BY TORNADO WINDS.  IF YOU ARE CfAUGHT IN THE PATH OF
