AT 1120 PM CDT RADAR AT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE INDICATED A
POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER EASTERN JACKSON COUNTY NEAR THE TOWN OF HIGDON.
 
THE TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
