BISMARCK MOVNING EAST AT 35 MPH. WINDS OF 60 MPH ARE EXPECTED FOR THE
SOUTHERN PART OF BISMARCK AND THE TORNADO SHOULD PASS TO THE SOUTH OF
BISMARCK.
