AT 548 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO JUST SOUTH OF RAYMOND
MOVING 
NORTH AT 10 MPH.

...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM FOR ALL OF
NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...

THE AIRMASS OVER NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA HAS BECOME
VERY UNSTABLE AHEAD OF AN ADVANCING STRONG UPPER LEVEL AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE. THIS WILL ALLOW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP AND PRODUCE LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.

AT 430 PM...THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR LANGTREE ABOUT
5 MILES EAST OF DUPREE.  OTHERWISE...AN AREA OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING INTO THE WESTERN END OF CORSON AND DEWEY
COUNTIES.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTH AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.
