THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF SOUTH DAKOTA
      BROWN...

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF SOUTH DAKOTA
      EASTERN EDMUNDS...

AT 925 PM CDT...A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR JUST SOUTH OF MINA
LAKE IN EASTERN EDMUNDS COUNTY OR 20 MILES WEST OF ABERDEEN.
THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL REACH THE
ABERDEEN AREA IN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES.
